Leads

Welcome to AIA — we’re excited to have you on board.

I want to clearly outline our lead‑funding and contracting expectations so you know exactly what support you can expect and what is required during your first six months with us.

AIA provides $500 per month in lead funding for your first six months. Month one is essentially a free month of funding, delivered through our HRM lead channels — inbound calls, outbound calls, or other approved lead sources. The charge for the CRM is $50 monthly.  You will need to upload payment information when you register.  You also have the option to use a FREE CRM and dialer through Integrity Connect.

You may also choose to use your funding for seminars, mailers, or other compliant marketing activities. This will be paid on reimbursement.

Beginning in month two, continuation of the $500 monthly funding is based on your sales activity from the prior month. There is no set minimum number of sales required; instead, we monitor your progress closely and provide additional training and support as needed. Our goal is to help you build consistent production and confidence throughout your first six months.

During this period, we do require that you secure at least five carrier contracts. Two of these must be major carriers, and one of those should include UnitedHealthcare. This ensures you have the breadth of options necessary to serve clients effectively and to maximize your production potential.

We strongly encourage all agents to begin supplementing the $500 monthly funding as they grow. By the end of the six‑month period, you should be contributing to your own lead strategy and benefiting from referrals, renewals, and ongoing client relationships.

This structure is designed to give you a strong start while also building the habits and momentum necessary for long‑term success. We’re here to support you, train you, and help you build a sustainable business — but we also expect steady engagement, activity, contracting progress, and effort from day one.

If you have any questions or want to discuss your lead strategy or contracting plan, just let us know.

Welcome again — we’re looking forward to working with you.
