    This structure gives you national level strength with local, hands on support — while still paying

    you full street level commissions.

  • Yes. You own your book, your renewals, and your client relationships. Nothing is captive, and nothing is held hostage.

  • Agents are paid full street level commissions directly from the carriers. There are no hidden overrides taken from your pay.

  • Yes. You contract directly with each carrier through IFC National Marketing. This ensures transparency, independence, and longterm control.

  • No. There are no fees to join our agency. Your only costs are your state licensing fees, continuing education, and any optional marketing tools you choose to use.

  • Contracting times vary by carrier, but most Medicare and ACA carriers approve within 3–10 business days. Life and annuity carriers may take slightly longer depending on background checks and carrier requirements.

  • You can begin the onboarding process while completing prelicensing. Tony’s prelicensing school provides everything you need to get licensed quickly and confidently.

  • Perfect — that’s who we specialize in helping. We provide the bridge from captive limitations to independent ownership, giving you the freedom and compensation you’ve earned.

  • If you’re coming from a captive or semicaptive agency, you may need to request a formal release from your current upline or organization before contracting with new carriers. Each carrier has its own release rules, but here’s the general breakdown:
